The media could not be loaded. Very happy with this. We had some visitors in our garden that we wanted to get a better look at. After a very easy setup process I put the camera in position and waited. A couple of days later I went and connected to the camera which again was easy and also saved having to move the unit from its location. The photos and videos were amazing! Well worth the money and the batteries seem to last forever! Still not replaced the batteries and it has been out there for 2 weeks!

Don’t buy if you are a MAC user. SD card unreadable using IOS. If you format the card using Apple IOS it is then unreadable in the camera. Files are AVI only and won't open on a MacBook Pro, iPad, or iPhone. You can only access the files using the app. The video files can only be viewed on my iphone via the app which connects via WiFi. Files can be viewed in app from the camera, or downloaded. You cannot view the files outside of the app. Either way once WiFi is connected it rapidly drains the batteries, of which there are 8. Instructions do not recommend using rechargeable batteries, I tried it and they weren’t powerful enough to power camera even though they last weeks in my other wildlife camera. It does have a USB C socket but that won’t power the camera. It does also have a 6V DC input but that would require a separate power supply which somewhat defeats the purpose of being able to put it outside in a remote location. Picture quality is good but in a side by side test with my other wildlife camera it only captured 14 videos, compared with 71 with the other camera. Of the 14 videos it did capture only one captured any wildlife, three were unreadable and would not download. The Infra red lights are not invisible either which is probably why it failed to capture any wildlife at night. All in all, I would not recommend. Might be more compatible if you are a Windows user but you will still have issues with battery life and overall capture functionality.

Na een paar minuten gebruik tijdens installeren flits het scherm nu nog enkel op het logo en wil de camera niet aan maar blijft het scherm continue flitsen en worden zo simpelweg de batterijen leeggetrokken zonder dat er een optie is de camera te bedienen. Op de help site kreeg ik enkel Aziatische tekens te zien in de chat waar ik uit zou moeten kiezen. Ook zonder SD kaart flits het scherm van de camera op het logo en ook met batterij en op stroom flitst het logoscherm maar gaat niet verder. Aan de stroom blijft het scherm ook flitsen zelfs als de camera op OFF staat.
