Usogood 4G LTE Solar-Powered Trail Camera with 32GB SIM Card, 2K HD, Night Vision, Waterproof

The media could not be loaded. I'm a new beekeeper and have just set up a new apiary for my bees. I wanted to find a way to keep an eye on it but it's in the middle of a field away from power or wifi and so I assumed my options were limited. I was wrong! I searched online for solar cellular wildlife cameras and they were all in the £hundreds and so was surprised when I saw this available at such a reasonable price. I thought it had to be a bit rubbish. Again, I was wrong! It was really easy to set up (a lot easier than I was expecting). It came with an SD card already installed and with a separate generic SIM card from a provider I didn't recognise. You basically download the app and then scan the barcode on the camera to link the camera & app together. You then charge up the camera at home first and then put the SIM card in. On the SIM card is a link to activate it. It took me to a website and I chose an annual plan which was $99 - equivalent to about £85 which I thought was reasonable and cheaper than a data only SIM card through my normal mobile provider. However, although I paid on the website, it didn't appear to recognise my payment on the app straight away and was still telling me I didn't have a plan and should upgrade (which initially concerned me), but I left it overnight and by morning, it had recognised my plan and was all set up and running. Installing it at my apiary was also really easy. It comes with screws and a strap for if you want to secure it around a tree. We secured it around a big log and secured it with the screws. Then you attach the solar panel and angle it like it says on the instructions. And that's it. There's no more linking or setting up that needs to happen. It's that easy. So now I can receive motion detection notifications (of a local curious cat 😹) or log in and see my bees whenever I like. As you'll see from my video and pictures, the picture quality is also really good and you can pan the camera left, right, up & down really easily. The solar battery appears to work well as it's always saying it's full and the data works well despite only being 2 bars. Overall, I can't believe how good it is, especially for the money. Purchased this camera to monitor wildlife visiting our garden. It was easy to set up, the UBox app is excellent and allows you to rotate the camera remotely, view live footage and take screenshots, and recordings to your device. It also has 30 days of free cloud storage. The camera itself seems sturdy and has a reliable 4g connection despite us being on the outskirts of the mast coverage. The battery has lasted surprisingly well even with being triggered frequently and using live view frequently. The infrared lights work very well at night. We haven’t needed to connect the solar panel yet as the battery has lasted about 2 weeks even with heavy use. I am hopeful the battery would last a couple of months with the solar panel connected and will update this review when we have tried it. Overall very happy so far with the camera and at some point would like to get another one. We have now had the solar panel connected for about 2 months and it is keeping the battery fully charged even though it is shaded for some of the day

Camera does exactly what it is meant to and what I bought for. Easy to use and easy to set up. Customer service is great - had a problem with the battery holding its charge. They replaced it within a week after a short fault finding exercise. No complaints at all.

I found the range of the censor is falling short so the camera doesn’t detect anything unless right up close witch is disappointing and lets it down quit a bit apart from that the rest of the camera is good

This is a cracking camera ready to deploy as soon as it’s charged and you have set up the app. The motion detection is useful and the sim card that comes with it has 300 Mb of data useable for a month after activation. I tried it with one of my own sims and it worked ok. Not sure yet about battery life but the solar panel that comes with it should help extend it a bit.

Ich war anfangs skeptisch, ob das System wirklich zuverlässig funktioniert, wurde aber schnell eines Besseren belehrt. Die Benachrichtigungen kommen in Echtzeit, was mir ermöglicht, sofort zu reagieren. Die Kamera bietet eine beeindruckende 360°-Abdeckung durch ihres 355°-Schwenk- und 108°-Neigungsbereichs. Die Bewegungsaktivierung funktioniert zuverlässig und sendet mir sofort Bilder oder Videos direkt auf mein Handy. Mit der guten Auflösung liefert sie tagsüber wie nachts gute Aufnahmen. Die Nachtsichtfunktion ist hervorragend und deckt auch größere Bereiche klar ab. Das mitgelieferte 6-W-Solarpanel und der leistungsstarke 8400-mAh-Akku sorgen dafür, dass die Kamera durchgehend betriebsbereit ist. Noi questo non l'avevamo capito ma il venditore GENTILISSIMO e DISPONIBILISSIMO ci ha fornito un nuovo prodotto cone serviva a noi senza farci spendere nulla in più.
