Been feeding the squirrels by us for long time now and got this to see if we could see exactly how many we were dealing with, but it has delivered a lot more. The camera itself is well made & very sturdy, we've had it out in all weathers & it's stood up to the task. Set up was relatively easy, there is some fine tuning you can do to adjust sensitivity etc. to meet your needs. Comes with one strap approx 1m which is more than adequate for most garden sized trees, it also comes with a a base that can be screwed down & the camera threaded onto, we've fixed this to a block of wood which allows it to be set at ground level around the garden to capture the Hedgehogs. Using 8 x Duracell rechargeable batteries in it, lost count of how many times have used camera & amount of pics it's captured and still have not had to recharge batteries. Cannot fault picture quality, day or night get clear snaps.

Excellent piece of kit at this current price point (Mar 25). Good quality pictures and video although the PIR sensor tends to get triggered by the sun at certain times of the day - I don't know if this is a feature of other wildlife cameras or can be cured by changing the sensivity settings. My first camera had a problem with date and time setting gaining up to an extra 24 hours in every 24 hours - it was replaced without quibble by the supplier and this one works fine.

The pictures and videos are crystal clear. I have video time setting at 15 seconds and got 4 months battery life (night time placement of camera only). I use it for hedgehog watch. I contacted customer service for advice on the SD card by email and they responded immediately with accurate and helpful advice.

Arrived quickly. Took a little while to understand and set up but obtained video on first night of a hedgehog in my garden. I had suspected one was around but this confirmed it. The video image had extremely good definition under night vision and I could see every detail. I also experimented with the still camera and was equally impressed with image quality. My only slight doubt is with battery life. I fully charged the batteries before installing them and after only two nights they need recharging. This may partly be due to the initial setup and experimentation. Also, the charge level should improve with further charging. Overall I am delighted with the camera.

Incredibly easy to set up and use. Takes wonderful photos and videos of the nature in your garden - without this camera and its great night vision recording we would never have known we had three hedgehogs in our garden! :D Took a minute to figure out the fabric strap and it would be great if this was a little easier to do and undo so you could more quickly change the capture angle from one day to the next but still easy and secure to use with a little patience. 8 AA batteries have lasted over a week and still showing 3/4 full battery.
